How can I get abs like the ones Britney Spears had years ago?

Question:
I am using her just because is the only example I have on my mind on how I want my abs to look.
I guess cheerleaders abs are another good example.
I don`t want them to look like man`s abs, I want them to look tight yet feminine.
I`ve been trying to accomplish this but I see no results and I am in a good weight, what should I do?
