  8. hannah montana punk? what the hell. she's about as 10 year old cheesy pop as it gets! take a look at her brother trace cyrus from the band metro station. note the tattoos. note the piercings. note the way he dresses, note the MUSIC he makes. that can be classified as "punk" punk lyrics don't consist of "NOBODYS PERFECTTT I GOTTA WORK ITTTT!" some ACTUAL pop punk (actually. i would classify these as power-pop) bands: - the rocket summer - melee - all time low - sherwood - the higher - every avenue - mayday parade - the maine - motion city soundtrack - we the kings - valencia - the starting line p.s.
