Chinese Pop Music Video, What is the name of the group and the name of the song?

I saw a pop music video in China this month. It is a video with a fish that has a lure in it's mouth eating shrimp. I can't read chinese and my mandarin isn't that good. Does anyone know the name of the song and the music group that plays it? The lyrics include in english....."Hello" and the chorus is "hi dee hee hi dee hoo....hi dee hee hee". Thanks in advance.
