why was the new britney spears video taken out?

i was watching it yesterday and today all of the "break the ice" animated videos were taken out because of some copy righter tird party thing. what does that mean? i know that it was ilegaly uploaded, but does that mean that the video wasnt suppost to come out yet, or is that not the real video intended for that song? thanks! in youtube
