correct me if I am wrong but is that Daniel Goddard in the new Britney Spears video?

i was watchin "piece of me" by britney spears, and one of the guys looks a lot like daniel goddard. He is the one guy she pulls into the bathroom and then she opens his shirt to show a small video camera....so is that him or no?!
