1. In that video Britney is wearing fake eyelashes. That's why her eyes stand out. So to achieve this look without dealing with false lashes or glue I suggest buying a mascara that creates volume. Also she's wearing a white tinted eyeshadow that contrasts with the mascara creating a wide-eyed look. By the way, the look she's wearing is called smokey eyes. It depends what shape and color eyes you have...try putting a light color shadow on the brow bone (right below the eyebrow), get an eyeshadow that goes good with your eyes, black eyeliner on just the top lid, curl your eyelashes, and make sure you know how to put mascara on in such a way that it make your eyelashes standout.
