Does anyone know who the female music artist is in a international music video?

It had a pop type sound to it with what sounded like middle eastern type instruments and singing. The singer wore a royal blue outfit that looked like a belly dance type outfit. The video was shot outside mostly like a desert/rock scene showing the musicans playing the instuments and the female singing. I saw it once on a spanish tv station a few years ago and I've tried very hard to find out who the artist is. So I would appreciate any help. thanks!
