Favorite Christian Singers?

Can anyone tell me a few names of good Christian songs or Christian singers? I would like to purchase some Chrisitan music but don't even know where to begin. I do not know of any Christian songs or Christian artists. Please help.

7. I love Barlow Girl and Nichole Nordemon!!!! But there is plenty more Steven Curtis Chapman, Michael W. Smith, David Crowder Band, Jeremy Camp, Nicole Mullins, Jackie Velasquez, FFH, Point of Grace, Big Daddy Weave...these cover a wide variety of music rock, pop, and contemporary....You can get cds by visiting your local Christian bookstore where you can normally listen to sample cds...(Family Christian Stores, etc.) or listen online at Christian radio stations for a variety. My local station is 89.7 WMHK in Columbia, SC...they have an online radio station you can listen to online to sample different songs and groups/singers. Good luck and enjoy the music :)
