How does an artist on Yahoo Launchcast Radio get more of his music listed and available to yahoo listeners?

I know an artist who is already on Launchcast, but his albums are not listed, and the one that is listed is not available for broadcast on Launchcast. He would like to make his music available but doesn't know who to contact.

1. I am also wondering about this. I've seen a few indy artists on this station, and wonder what the process is to get added to the playlist/rotation. And, once listed, who does an artist contact about adding a new album?
