Man, what happened to Britney Spears?

these days ive been listening to a lot of britney's old songs and some of them actually are pretty good. back in the day these songs were all that, i mean she was PHENOMENAL i was in the 1st and 2nd grade at the time of oops i did it again and those old, popular songs of hers and they were so popular that even if you didnt listen to music at all, u'd still know the lyrics to britney spears songs. EVERYONE knew britney spears. she was HUGE back then, she was definately the pop princess of the time, like i've never seen anyone get that famous in my generation really as much as her. but now she's totally at the other end. shes a joke now, first everyone would look at her and be like omg and now theyd just be like what the heck. she has new songs but they arent reaching that high level her other songs did. will she ever rise back to the fame she once had, or has she reached the end of her time as being pop princess?

5. shes acturall y getting better now. she's lost weight, wearing normal clothes that don't show her undies and she isn't wearing bizzare sunglasses anymore. and she has managed to keep her hair the same color for a whole month now! i think things are getting better for her :)
6. she lost her way. too much money, too many people not telling you the truth. she got older, her fans grew up. if you don't have real friends or family. all you have is employees sounds like she might be getting better, we can only hope.
7. she's getting older, thats her problem. She never had a "normal" childhood and now that she is growing up she doesn't know the "acceptable" way to act. That and she seems like fame and money got to her. I think her publicity stunts got the best of her.

9. i agree. she was a huge hit back then but now, paparazzi makes it worst. even if she's just going for a walk, they will make up some kind of stupid story.

She sounds like a dying sheep when she attempts to sing. i have no sympathy because she has the means and the money to get help, she chooses not to. She ruined her own life, and has no one to blame but herself. It sounds mean and harsh but that's the payoff for having all of that money. There is no excuse for her actions. Her career is over. Before someone calls me jealous, please don't. I have a great career, 2 college degrees, fantastic friends and family. britney has nothing I would want.
