How can I get a body like 2002 Britney Spears?
How can I get a body like 2002 Britney Spears? She was very trim that year (that was the year she wore the see through sparkle sequin outfit at the MTV awards). I am 5'4 and weigh 180 pounds. What should I be eating daily (an example please) and how often should I work out, how long and what exercises should I do?

- haha thats funny about the whole britney spears thing.... anyways i think you should join a gym and go to weight watchers so u can LEARN whats healthy and whats not.
- lose about 70 pounds but exercising and not eating like a piggy cuz you apparenly dont have a fast metabolism. run alot!
- Start slow- increase water intake begin walking 30 min to an hour daily cut out sugar eat more fresh fruit and veggies Don't lose it quickly- that's how it comes back. Lose it 1 pound at a time- pace yourself- and it will stay off. It's not about dieting, it's about lifestyle changes. And p.s. I recall Britney being on Ellen around that time and she said she did 500 reps of EVERYTHING, including situps and push ups. I think that is a bit extreme, but between that and dancing is how she had a smokin body.
- Just make sure you eat healthy, drink lots and lots of water and exercise regularly. Some good foods to eat would be bananas (they actually can help you lose weight by eating one a day), apples (you burn most of the calories in them just by eating it), oranges (very low on calories), and basically just anything healthy for you with a low amount of calories in it. As for exercising, I would recommend buying some pilate tapes to exercise with. Pilates help you to trim down and build muscle while still appearing feminine and not too bulky. As for the water, water is great for losing weight. Make sure to drink lots of it, preferably cold water. Cold water cools down the body, and forces your metabolism to work faster to heat up your body. Water is also very good for your skin. Although, some people aren't really fond of the taste of water. A good alternative to it would be buying flavored brands of it, which should be available in any local grocery store. They're delicious and hardly have any calories in it if any at all!
- cut daily calories in-take in half (mostly in fats and sweets). drink at least 64 oz of water per day. cardio exercises 1/2 -hour per day. then do 50 sit-ups a day. do curls , reverse curls, bench press reps of 20 - do 3 reps of each - use 25% of your body weight or work up to that weight.
