Can you believe Britney spears had her kids taken away from her?

5. I think she is mentally unstable (more so than Kevin) and he is the right parent, for right now.
6. Yes I can. She is an unfit mother and deserves to have her kids taken away she drinks too much and does way to much drugs but in a way she could give her kids more then their father could ever dream about giving them.

9. At this point I think Kevin is a better choice of parent. It seems as if the courts can only focus on one disaster of a parent at a time. Since Kevin hasn't stumbled his way through any nationalized televised events lately, he's the "good" parent... at least for now.

11. I agree with everything you said, neither of them are good parents, and that looser k-fed is only after her money, he was a lousy dad to his other children, but she don't have money so he never went after hers.

It is a sad situation for those kids, but I think someone needs to step in and show them how normal people live, act, etc. I'm with you neither should have them, and they should both have to have drug tests to be able to have visits with the children.

20. @@ He may not be a great parent, but she got herself "caught" countless times being stupid and or dangerous with her kids. She just drove a day or two ago with her kids unbelted in the car...AGAIN. If she would stop getting caught...then maybe she'd have some recourse. But if you're in the public eye, you really have to stop acting like an idiot and then expecting people to back you up.
21. I think people need to butt out of her business! My two kids are freakishly close in age to Brittany Spears, my son is two and my daughter is one. Not only is having two kids this young exteremly hard and stressful, its tiring! No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. I've seen some much worse parenting than hers. I also don't see anything wrong with going out once in a while with friends as long as the kids are with a good baby sitter. A mom can get so caught up in her kids and family she forgets who she really is.

24. Britney should have gotten her kids taken away from her awhile ago. apperently the judge set rules for both britney and kevin . britney broke her's when she was caught driving drunk. so it is her own fault.
25. I'm not surprised that her children were taken away, yet I do not think Kevin should have custody of them. I think Britney needs to get herself some help so that she can be there for her children. Having her children taken away from her has to be heartbreaking for her and I hope this will open up her eyes to her problem. I agree that Kevin is just living off Britney and it's sad that he gets the boys. I think that they both need to get their lives straighten out and need to focus on raising their children, divorced or not.
