34. No. Brittany has a mental illness and family problems that impact her life in a major way. Miley comes from a good family & does not have any mental problems.

46. No, I can openly say that I am a Brittany fan, and I don't even like pop! Brittany cannot sing but she had/ has (depends on who point of view) star quality. I CANNOT stand Hanna Montana or Miley whoever she is does not have it. SORRY
