Hey, pop music is good to! What are some of your favorite songs?

I've been browsing around the resolved questions and there are A LOT about separating the rock and pop categories. There's a lot of great pop music out there though (though, most of it's from the 60s/70s)...so, speak up! What are a few of your favorites?

7. OH MY GOD!!! RYAN CABRERA! HIS OLD ALBUMS ARE BETTER THAN THE NEW ONE, THOUGH. PLUS, HE IS SOO HOT. though he dyed his hair and now he looks like captain hook. BUT HE USED TO BE SOO HOT. =)

9. Jonas Brothers, Mariah Carey, Jesse McCartney, Miley Cyrus, Janet Jackson, Leona Lewis, Rihanna. Those are all my favorites, but mostly jonas brothers! you might have different tastes but this is mine=]
10. I love a lot of pop music! Though, like you said, a lot of it's from the 60s/70s. 11. I LOVE pop music. most of the pop music I listen to now is Japanese... like Arashi, News, Bennie K, and several others. But I also like some of the old american pop. Like Spice Girls, and I like Britney Spears` songs... I just dont like her.
12. uhm....well when I was younger my dad used to play ABBA's Dancing Queen like all the time, and I loved it. I will admit, I still do love it. I will also admit that I give pop-punk bands an occasional listen. Does that count as pop? Bands like All Time Low, 2 songs from Metro Station, the song Curse Of Curves from Cute Is What We Aim For, one song called Love Songs(They Kill Me) from Cinema Bizarre....yeah those are some songs I will listen to once in a while, but generally I don't like pop.
13. Please Please Me may be the best formula pop song that I've ever heard. All the bubble gum Beatles stuff is really great. Gotta show the love for Billie Jean, and Don't Stop Til You Get Enough and Smooth Criminal for that matter Say what you will, but Tiberlake's Seniorita is a great song. ************** Good call Truth Beneath the Stars. I forgot about early Madonna stuff. I dig some of that stuff too.

Hunter, Thank You, White Flag, Take My Hand, Honestly OK, etc. And I'm a big fan of Madonna's older stuff....I love pretty much everything from the albums Like A Prayer, Madonna, True Blue, Like A Virgin, and Ray of Light. That's all my mom listened to, so I basically grew up on her.
