I see lessons for salsa, hip-hop, everything, but that is not what people dance to at regular parties. What is that type of dancing called?

grinding?
Drunken monkey? (Or as pervious poster said- grinding). There are no lessons for that- you just have to go and watch others to pick it up.
not one name i can think of, but i dont think that you can get lessons for that kind of dancing. just watch other ppl or watch a movie with that dancing and you'll get it
