R n B is more of singing type of music it can have some rap in it but the majority of it is singing and hip hop and rap is rap threre is different types of rap dirt south, urban hip hop, old school rap, lots of different types.
lyrics. the construction of the singing. RnB. think more mellow more whinier and longer in tone. love pop. is more of a sing along. happy sometimes sad but a bit faster pace and singing. hiphop. fast pace singing. more about life and wisdom. the beats are also repetive and/or more constructive. rap i feel its just more anger. a lot more cussin. i feel the construction of these vocals or more of spiting out then a form. if this doesnt make sence. sorry. this is the way i feel about music.
R&B is rthym and blues....it has some soul Pop is popular music.......teenie boppers Hip-Hop is a mix of Rap and R&B....something you can dance to Rap is like poetry on a beat....mostly hardcore is considerd Rap the softer stuff would be hip-hop
r and b - more singing, slower beats usually, easy to get along with lyrics pop- usually doesn't need to be censored, r n b, hip hop and rap could all fit in pop depending on lyrics but beats usually can't be defined as "pop" by itself hip hop- spot light on the rapper. vocally driven, describes more of a lifestyle than it does music. rap- ryhmes and beats. not much singing. fast tempo or slow. music has always been culturaly defined with no absolute lines drawn between them. i mean the most played song on rap stations is pop artist justin timberlake who teams up with rappers 3 6 mafia and T.I. you can't say this is rap and that is pop. it all mixes together. in 1985 there was no rap section at the cd store. it was rock funk and disco. which came from rock country and blues and jazz which came from folk and traditional and gospel there really is no difference. just minor characteristics that might define it to a certain person.
you mean RAP? different melody, some are fast others are slow, some are about foolishness others are about love.Get a cd with the different things and listen and pick out the difference. Actually, R&B, hip hop, and rap are all pop music. Pop music just means anything besides classical or show tunes.
