How do I become a major Teen Pop Star?

I want to be major teen pop star.And need to know how to do that. What are some talent agencies that take teens. I can also act and sing.

1. if your like a tween: try to get the attention of a talent scout. once, I went to the mall with my friend and a talent scout came up too us and gave us flyers for auditions. she said something about: "you guys have the total look were looking for!" so be sure to wear cool clothes that are appropriate (make sure youre not wearing make up cuz that just looks ridiculous especially if you're young) but be prepared since the auditions are usually the next day (i don't know why) and if you have something schelduled there........ or there are pleanty of other options hopefully, you have lots of money since its costs alot and if you ever do go to an audition make sure you have yoru parent/ guardian
2. You need a CD and then you can send that to agents. You need talent and you need to become the best you can be. You also need LOADS of talent because there are a lot of very talented people out there who ALSO want to become a major teen pop star
